This knowledge is invaluable and can help you avoid and survive potentially dangerous situations in the real world. The more you understand about self-defense, the less likely you are to become a target. You will become more confident, and the more confident you are, the less likely you are to be attacked.

Women's Self Defense Ground SeminarOften we’re raised to believe that we should not fight back, but rather find a peaceful solution to all situations. This is not always possible. We’re raised to believe that someone will always come to our aid, but statistics show that aid may be up to 20 minutes away. Being able to defend yourself is one of the most important things you can learn. When you can defend yourself, you won’t need to wait and hope for aid. You can help yourself.

We look forward to teaching you how!

“Get in shape.  Go home safe.”
