By definition, personal training is training that is designed to be as unique as you are. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness and health goals through advanced fitness coaching. Our mission is to help our clients identify, achieve and maintain their health goals through a process that includes:

Consultation

The foundation of our individualized personal training programs is you: your current physical activities, fitness goals and health history. This “benchmark” knowledge affords us the opportunity to create the optimal program to reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible.

Customization

Based on this evaluation, and your physician recommendations if needed, we’ll design a fitness program that will enable you to meet and ultimately surpass your fitness goals. As you progress, we will modify and reassess your program, continuously stimulating your body and mind.

Individual Planning

Prior to your arrival, we plan each individual workout for you so that you can come in, warm up, stretch out, and know exactly what to do and how long your workout will take. Your workout is customized to your needs and goals. While you’re working, our focus is on you and you alone. There’s no wondering what to do next, or waiting for someone to finish using an exercise machine or worrying if you are doing the exercise correctly. You come in, we focus on your workout. You leave with an effective, efficient workout experience.

 

Coaching

As coaches, we ensure that each exercise is done properly. We maximize the benefit of each motion. We also ensure that you do the right amount of each exercise; too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.

 

Results Oriented

Every 4-6 weeks, depending on your program, we measure and review your changes in body weight, percentage of body fat, and girth measurements.

 

Accountability

Finally, and most importantly, you are accountable to us and we to you. In order to bring about real change, we’ve found that people benefit most by having a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program. We will ask for accountability – not unkindly, but firmly – because it is necessary for success, and success is our business. Because we develop a workout plan and organize each workout for you, all you need to do is come ready to work.
