New Levels and New Classes Added

Krav Maga - Knees StrikesYou asked for it! You got it! Because our Krav Maga team is growing, additional levels have been added to our class schedule. CrossFire CrossTraining and Krav Maga now offers level I, II and III specific classes and now a Saturday, mixed level class. As always, your CrossFire membership allows you to take any class level for which you are belt certified. So if you are a green belt and want to brush up on those level I skills before your next test, feel free to jump into a level I class.

We’ve also added our Fit 2 Fight class at the Anaheim location. This fitness and conditioning class will put you in the best shape of your life and you’ll learn some valuable fighting skills to boot. This mixed bag fitness class is for anyone who wants to have a workout with a purpose. You don’t have to be enrolled in a Krav Maga class to take this one!

Your CFKM membership also includes a free log-on to the members-only portion of our website, where you can post questions to your instructors, see how your instructors rate your skills, and see how close you are to your next test and watch videos of the skills you learn in class.

Did you know that Level I classes are suitable for all beginners? So join us on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays for a workout with a purpose. Or, join us at our Anaheim location on Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays for Level 1. Because our curriculum rotates, a new member will feel comfortable joining at any time. Our level 1 classes follow the Krav Maga curriculum closely, so new members will have a strong foundation in movement, correct technique and application, which will help them in all aspects of Krav Maga self-defense and fitness.

Krav Maga- Self Defense Level 1

In a level 1 self-defense class, you will learn basic fighting and striking skills, such as punching, kicking, elbowing, and kneeing, among other strikes. You will also learn what to do if someone chokes you, grabs you and tries to take you to the ground. In other classes, you will learn how to defend against gun and knife attacks, as well as advanced ground fighting techniques and other survival techniques.

Fit 2 Fight – Combat Conditioning

This all levels of fitness class is designed to put you into fighting shape without the fight!  You never know what you’re going to get in class.  It may be a bag workout, it maybe cross-training, it may be a HIIT or an “Oh My Quad” workout. We can’t tell you exactly what we’re going to do but we can tell you this, you’ll sweat and you’ll have fun doing it.
